Terms and Conditions
Effective date: June 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain how the client dashboard should be used. They are intended to support a secure, clear, and compliant planning experience between you and your financial planning team.
This page is a working template and should be reviewed by the firm's compliance and legal professionals before production use.
1. Purpose of the Dashboard
The dashboard is designed to help organize financial information, planning goals, documents, tasks, messages, notes, and related planning conversations. It is a communication and organization tool. It is not a substitute for personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice.
2. Professional Advice
Any planning ideas, calculators, projections, or educational information shown in the dashboard are for discussion and planning support only. Final decisions should be made with your qualified advisors after reviewing your full circumstances. You should consult the appropriate professional before making financial, tax, legal, insurance, or investment decisions.
3. Information Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing information shown in the dashboard and telling your planning team if anything is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Planning results may be affected by incorrect balances, missing accounts, outdated income or spending information, inaccurate family details, or assumptions that no longer apply.
4. Security and Login Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password, verification codes, or account access with unauthorized people. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact your planning team promptly.
The dashboard may temporarily cache limited information in your browser to support login security, page loading, and in-progress dashboard activity. Use the dashboard only on devices you trust, and sign out when using a shared or public device.
5. Privacy and Data
The dashboard may store household profile information, financial data, documents, goals, notes, messages, and related planning records. Your planning team may use this information to provide service, maintain records, personalize planning, and support ongoing client communication. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
6. Electronic Records and Consent
By accepting these Terms, you agree that your acceptance may be stored electronically, including the date, time, household, client ID, firm, and version of the Terms accepted. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a written acknowledgement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the dashboard to:
- Access information that does not belong to you or your household.
- Upload malicious files, misleading information, or content you do not have permission to share.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the dashboard's operation.
- Use the dashboard for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
8. Availability and Changes
The dashboard may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable from time to time. Features, layout, calculations, and available tools may change as the service improves or as compliance, security, or operational needs require.
9. Limitations
The dashboard is provided as a planning support tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm and its technology providers are not responsible for decisions made solely from dashboard information without appropriate professional review.
10. Questions
If you have questions about these Terms, the information shown in your dashboard, or your account access, contact your planning team before continuing.
